The HC-12 433 SI4463 Wireless Serial Module is a low-power, long-range transceiver based on the Si4463 chip with a working frequency of 433MHz. Its specifications include a 3.2V to 5.5V operating voltage, a maximum 20dBm transmit power, and a transmission distance of up to 1km in open space. It uses a simple UART serial interface, supports adjustable data rates up to 115200 bps, and comes with a spring antenna but can also use an external antenna socket.
